Temper Strength and Conditioning is a collective of individuals working together to become better humans. The diversity of our collective is key to who we are and to our success. We are students, teenagers, parents, athletes, weekend warriors, employers and employees, individuals with short and long-term health concerns; we are people. Through providing opportunities to challenge our physicality, we temper better humans.
Our facility is clean, well equipped and offers a welcoming, enjoyable atmosphere. In addition, our athletes room offers an area away from the main space in which members can prepare, relax or socialise before and after class. When we are training, we are training together; when we are programming it is with community in mind; when we are coaching it is with passion and care.
